Sodium Dominates Second Match

The PCU Impact never had a chance to catch their breath as the Sodium midfielders and forwards controlled the ball and tempo throughout the game. Right from the beginning whistle Sodium brought the house on every possession. Unfortunately the lady warriors were only able to capitalize on one effort when Jadyn McMillan found a crashing KJ who punished the keeper by blasting it right past her! The first half ended a 1-0 Sodium lead. Coach Tom must have lit a fire because Sodium came out Red Hot in the second half! Laura Camp chipped a pass over the defense to a streaking Jadyn who found the far post for 2-0! Midway through the half Erika Cook fed Mac Kearney for a two touch blast to the back of the net! The crowed went wild as Sodium took a firm 3-0 lead into the last minutes of the game. To ice the effort, Lexi Frey took the ball from her defensive position and charged up the left side. She "schooled" a couple of midfielders on her way to the 23-yard mark where she launched a perfect shot to the upper far post net! The crowed went nuts as time ran out and Sodium came away with a 4-0 victory and a solid 10 point showing!
