Today starts Oswego Cup. Lady warriors you are asked to take on a formidable foe. Know that even though you will be small in numbers [12], you are large in desire. Large in heart, skill and relentless in your pursuit of perfection. You are prepared for the task before you. Remember the movie 300? A small band of Spartans stood in the face of unbelievable odds and rose victorious. And so shall you, Sodium.
Know that the player next to you will be sacrificing everything she has for the team and that you will be called on to do the same. She will have your back, and you hers. You will be called upon to give everything you have and nothing less.

The time has come to call upon the team. A team of warriors who have battled to victory on many occasions, who rise up to play their best and give their all. Now is that time Sodium. Now is time for battle.
